Which are the ways to register for the conference as a delegate?

There are 4 ways to register:
Online: Please visit www.internect.co.uk, click on the conference you would like to register for, click on “register now” and follow the steps.
By phone: Please contact us at +44/161 8841 208 or +1 604 726 5530
By Fax or email: Please complete the booking form at the last page of the agenda and send it by fax to +44 161 884 1287 or scan and email it to info@internect.co.uk

Which are the ways of payment?

We accept credit card payment and bank transfer. You may find more information during the registration process.

When should I pay for the conference?

Payment must be received before the conference. Registration will be confirmed only on receipt of full payment. In case of bank transfer, payment must be received within 5 working days from the date of registration. One week before the event, only credit card payment is accepted.

What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes entry to all sessions, the exhibition area, coffee breaks and snacks, unlimited refreshments, lunches, conference welcome pack and badges, conference material. Participation at the workshops and dinner-evening event are included in the registration fee only by booking the separate section during the registration process.

What about travel and accommodation costs?

Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee. Please visit the Travel and Accommodation Section at the conference webpage for more information. Conference delegates may take advantage of a limited number of rooms at a reduced rate at the conference hotel by booking until 4 weeks prior to the conference date. Please indicate the code "INTERNECT" upon online reservation or upon calling Central Reservations.

I would like to participate as a sponsor and exhibitor. How can I register?

I would like to participate as a speaker. How can I apply?

Speaking slots are granted upon personal invitation by Internect or our supporting partner company. To ensure the best quality of the presentations, all submitted abstracts undergo an evaluation and approval process by our advisory board and accepted applications are carefully selected.
However, you are also welcome to submit your abstract within our deadlines and in case of successful application to be granted a speaking slot at the event.
